The Jezebel Spirit

THE JEZEBEL SPIRIT???

Sometimes an adjective had an article added to it and was used as a noun which is shown by Thayer in the translating of this word. The meaning is from the primary function of the word as an adjective, it is descriptive and shows a wandering from point A to point B. At the beginning of that wandering from point A, there is very little if any difference as is able to be seen from the average onlooker or the naked eye, but after a period of time there begins to show a very distinct difference. In the study of geometry, we know that in a circle there are 360 degrees, and if we start at the center and go from it in two lines just two degrees apart, there is absolutely no difference by looking at them at say, an inch or even two inches, but when we get ten feet or twenty feet from the vertex, we begin to see a dramatic difference, the farther we go the more profound the difference.

This is exactly what happens with seducing spirits, they introduce false doctrines that sound good, they even have on the surface some support Biblically, yet when studied out to full extent, much further than the average person goes in the direction, there begins to be seen a seduction from the original truth. Since Paul wrote this revelation in 60AD, this sedcution has been taking place and today we have been seduced in many false doctrines from some well meaning but very deceived people. When seducing spirits are at work, the individuals most often think they are fine, they are having great theological ideas given them, revelations that are coming from the lord, but in fact they are false doctrines and must be tested to see if they are of God, tested against Scripture, that is Scripture that is interpreted using sound hermeneutical skills. Demon spirits entice what appeals to the flesh, they bring forth unsound doctrines that will "feel" good, as emotions can be manipulated and they can be wrong when it comes done to truth especially when truth contradicts feeling as it almost always will. The apostasy many times comes from "good" people who are sincere in what they believe, but they are sincerely in error, and despite their cries of foul when exposed, they are sincerely wrong and must be exposed as such overturning their false doctrines for the truth.There are some very distinct characteristics of seducing spirits from Paul's letter to Timothy. First they are in the faith, they are in the church, they are members in good standing and they are more than members on a role, but they are able to instruct because Paul makes clear that some depart from the faith as a result of their instruction. They may be ministers or deacons or Sunday school teachers, but for some to depart from the faith, these people must and do teach their destructive heresies to perhaps some unsuspecting "fools" in the congregation. Paul makes clear that we are to NOT take what someone says as the truth, by as is by nature for disciples [learners], they study God's Word to know what it says, and NOT what someone or some group says. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Many "religions" exist and have existed from the beginning, but age doesn't make them true and far too many in the church world go further than tolerate things, they embrace them into their own belief system because they sound or feel good. False teachers will not let go of their false doctrine because their conscience is seared, they have no desire for the truth. Those who want the truth allow themselves to be taught as well as teach, they are accountable, and they are responsible.

Paul fought the Judaizers who were Pharisees who said a pretty prayer and accepted Jesus Christ as a real Person, but decided they must also go further than what was taught in Scripture, they decided they must go around the world and teach that the rituals and acts of the Mosaic Law must also be done in order to have a right relationship. Paul taught clearly that the Law was dead to the believer, it was obsolete as the writer of Hebrews said (Hebrews 8:13), that we are saved by grace (Ephesians 2:8), and NOT grace plus the Mosaic Law. Galatians 3:1 ¶ O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
The Judaizers had been able to bewitch several in the Galatian churches as they decided to add the Mosaic practices to their faith in Yashua. Paul responds with a serious question after he had laid a solid foundation using as an example, Peter's seduction in Chapter 2. Paul had faced Peter for his hypocrisy and told him that if he had continued, he would walk away from the Lord and have no relationship with Him at all, truly become apostate.

In the end of the first century, a teaching that Jesus was God came forth, but not from Scripture, it stated in paraphrase form that Jesus as God was holy and didn't come in the flesh, He came in Spirit. This teaching developed into many things, the primary doctrine was that things done in the flesh didn't matter to Jesus, it was only those things that were done in the Spirit, and since one had confessed Jesus as Lord, they were spiritually sound and right, therefore anything done in the flesh was of no affect, they were saved. This teaching that John battled is called Gnosticism. 1 John 1:1 ¶ That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;
Notice that John starts out on target addressing the key issue of gnosticism, that Jesus was in the flesh and dwelt among us, he handled Him, ate with Him, slept with Him, Jesus was fully man, and He was fully God.
John went on to address the conclusion of Gnosticism that what is done in the flesh means nothing against the spirit of man. John deals with the issue of sin, what it is, and who is a sinner.
1 John 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: John refutes the gnosticism theory, and shows what the truth is, the flesh does matter, and if we are sinning, if we are walking in darkness, and we say we are fine, we lie to ourselves and to others who we give this false doctrine to. Gnosticism of the day has had a name change, but the false doctrine is still taught, it is called eternal security or Once Saved Always Saved. It is Gnostic in origin and just as it was false doctrine in the first century, it remains false doctrine in this century.

The hour of testing and the the test itself comes in the form of real life, what we do in every day life. Do we use God's Word to live our daily life? Do we use His principles to choose wisely? Do we read the Bible and study it for ourselves, to learn from Him what is true? Do we spend time in prayer on a daily basis? The answer to these questions reveals who and what we are, and why we listen to seducing spirits. The church world has fallen for false doctrine to the point of apostasy, and we are approving it even as I write this. Let's take a look at what is happening. Revelation 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. The church at Thyratira allowed a person to teach simply because she called herself a prophetess. Jezebel is that person, and she was able to seduce my servants. Let's look at the word in the Greek.

These words are related to each other, planoV which Paul used in 1 Timothy 4, and planaw which John uses in the words he records of Jesus to the seven churches of which this one is Thyratira. Notice that the results of both usages is sin. The Jezebel spirit as all seductive spirits bring false doctrines into the church world that allow or endorse or justify sin in some way. Gnosticism justified sin by taking it away with the superspiritualizing of the flesh, and the Jezebel spirit justifies it by it coming from an authority figure in the church, a prophetess.

The sad reality of the Jezebel spirit is yet to be made. Look at where this person is! She is teaching in the church! The Jezebel spirit has no boundaries, but she seduces well known and famous people to teach her false doctrines, television evangelists with huge empires, their own little kingdoms to seduce God's people. Jezebel is endorsed and welcomed into the church to seduce the servants of God. Revelation 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. Jezebel is welcomed into the church to destroy the church. The church embraces false doctrines for its own destruction, and welcomes them!

Jezebel was married to Ahab, king of the ten northern tribes called Israel. Jezebel ruled the nation through her husband. I have in times past humorously labeled this duo, Jezebel and the Jelly Fish, a spineless creature, no backbone to stand for himself. Beginning in 1 Kings 16 we gather much information about Ahab and Jezebel, and we see the severity of the Jezebel spirit. The whole purpose was idolatry, to stray away from God to another or others (Jezebel led Israel to worship the Baals and the Ashtaroth.), to rid the world of believers and to establish evil as good, to be able to do what you wanted. Jezebel even went so far as to have Naboth murdered to give his vineyard to Ahab because he liked it. The Jezebel spirit has nothing good in it, and all the doctrines bring one result, apostasy, wandering away from the truth until one is no longer able to see the truth, but accepts everything that is evil and thinks they are fine as they are.

With all this information about Jezebel and the Jezebel spirit, it boggles my mind to see her allowed to teach in the church. How can we be so stupid to allow Jezebel into pulpits?? For those who would dispute that the Jezebel spirit even exists rejects sound Scriptural facts, and to deny she is teaching in the church is sheer folly. She is teaching in the church and she is endorsed by many to teach. She is there to seduce God's people with her seductive doctrines that endorse or justify sin in one way or another. The church world is embracing its own seduction rejecting all the Scriptural warnings and admonitions. The Jezebel spirit is behind the apostasy and the Whore of Babylon that will engulf the world. We are truly near the Parousia of Jesus Christ.

The Jezebel spirit is a strong spirit when operating through a woman. You have seen the examples of Juanita Bynum and Paula White, all poised to dilute the gospel of peace and wreak havoc upon the body of Christ. This spirit tears up churches, emasculates and seduces men of god into webs of deceit and sexual bondage. I'm sure you have noticed how these women confessed of their early life molestations and rapes, and entered the scene looking modest and submissive. They all seemed to start out humble and spiritual. But then, once the money poured in and their influence grew, they went for the gold. Makeup galore, face lifts, body toning and plastic surgery. Getting fit and trim enough to leave their husbands only to begin showing off their new (offering and tithe purchased) bodies, showing the world their independent sexiness. The modest look no longer was necessary because thousands of women were hooked. Now they could weave their web of deceit even thicker by moving from God's girls to worldly women.

But what happens when the Jezebel spirit occupies a man? What happens when this seducing spirit entices men through a man? I know that sounds crazy, but we have this happening right now before our eyes. Yes, Bishop TD Jakes is the dawning of a new era of men that possess a seducing spirit meant to entice men of God into a web of deceit and sexual submission. How, you may ask? Well, unless you are from Mars you had to have picked up on a serious "effeminate friendly" spirit on this man. And unless you just flew in from Pluto, you know that he has most black preachers and pastors that wanna be something in his world submitting to his money and power. He has single handedly turned the act of preaching into the art of pimping. Preaching damnable heresies and false doctrine, while bumping elbows with the Luciferian elite and Hollywood's iconic celebrity stars.

Now, preachers are seeking what Jakes has. They want the money, the fame, the access to the stars, the television, the movies, the parties and elite celebrations. They want access to Oprah and Dr. Phil. They want mega churches and super conferences. They want secular and sacred mixtures to draw the masses and water down the message. They want a television audience without even drawing their own communities to their churches. They have been seduced, but the bitter end is coming early for many of them. They are falling like flies. They are getting caught with their pants down literally! They are being set up to fall and the Devil is laughing while he preserves his "queen" and keeps her spirit safe in the body of a cunning leader. While his family is tormented by internet rumors, while his spiritual children are tormented by divorce and immoral exposures, and while his church congregation is plagued with homosexual and lesbian spirits, he continues to lift himself up and use every avenue possible for a financial exchange. Even TD Jakes bibles studies in his churches are costly. Everything is for sale and nothing is free. Charging upwards of 50,000 dollars to come to your event and then charging admission at the door as well as several offerings tells us that this is a money thing. But even further investigations tells us of a spirit that lies deep within. A sexually seducing spirit that comes to seduce men into allegiances with him for gain and earthly glory.

Shouldn't a bishop be an example of a Godly leader to the church and the world? Then why is the very world that TD Jakes is suppose to be winning, outing him all over the internet for having an earring removed from his own pictures after he wore it at his daughters wedding? Yes, the world is wondering why his sons are wearing dreads and earrings and his daughter is sporting a tattoo on her back? You see, even the secular media feels that a Bishop should be a role model and have a family that reflects his teaching and morality. From Media Takeout to the Hick Town Press, the secular online media is eating this up and exposing these things at random. But at least we can give the world credit for believing in the bible's definition of a Bishop more than most modern day church folks..

According to scripture a Bishop should have his children under all gravity of his words and he himself should be blameless right? Well, an earring wearing bishop that is close friends with a drag queen doesn't sound like a blame free situation! What kind of straight man hangs around drag queens? Tyler Perry is a drag queen just like Rue Paul. There is no difference. They both wear women's clothes and entertain as women. That is the definition of a drag queen. What is a bishop doing being very close friends with a man that cross dresses?

Now, if you are not pentecostal or do not believe in holiness or hell, then this article might upset you or even cause you to see this as touching God's anointed. But you that believe holiness is a way of living and that God is not pleased with the mixture of the world and the church will understand why this blog is necessary. It's about time someone said what the Holy people of God need to hear! That's the way I feel. I am just a man of God expressing his true love for holiness and righteousness. Sure, no one is perfect and we all have sinned. Sure some preachers have difficulty with their children and many have made errors in judgment. But I'm not talking about those things. I'm talking about a man who is high and lifted up as the example for the modern day black Bishop! The man that has defended piercing his ears and mixing with the world. The man that has encouraged pastors to seek money, fame, and power at the expense of Holiness and God's way! The man that has made it okay to deny the savior for a greater audience. The man that has captivated many former holiness believers and turned them into carnal crusaders!

Okay, now for the history of the earring on a male. In the bible days, it was a symbol of slavery. Slaves were tagged on their ears for identification and ownership. Later, in the Egyptian culture, the mark of 2 earrings or multiple piercings on a male represented bi-sexuality and whoreish behavior. And all the great kings and leaders of Godless civilizations that were lascivious in behavior wore them as this symbol. In the early 70's pimps started wearing 1 earring in the black community as a symbol of slavery to sex. It meant that you were a player and enjoyed multiple sex partners. It was called Macho from the term Machismo which means excessive male or extreme male. This is what the single earring meant and still means. 2 earrings on a man was, and in most cases still is, a symbol of bi-sexuality. And now, since our young black boys are emasculated and becoming very effeminate because of the lack of fathers in the home, the 2 earrings are taking their age old meaning once again. How dare a pentecostal Bishop wear a symbol of macho or "slave to sex"? He is the model and now the weak pastors that have embraced his beliefs will begin to wear these things. God forbid! Don't forget the spirit of these things are still following these ritualistic acts of defiance. Did we forget about the spirit realm?

As if the black race needs another bad role model. And his sons and now son in law wear 2 earrings?? Lord help us! But Jakes can get away with this. He has gotten away with false teachings before and all the folks that left their pastors that they could touch for a man they will never meet have bought into this. He can teach whatever and they will listen!

For example, He has accused Naomi and Ruth in book of Esther of having a relationship that "bordered lesbianism". He has said it's "understandable" for a man to have affections for other men because when God made man, women was inside of him?" He has promoted every homosexual gospel singer in the industry and has even presented a lifetime achievement award to Bobby Jones?

Every since the very first Megafest conference, I have been warning the body of Christ of where this was going. Any man that will invite false god worshipers like India Arie or Will Smith to take the stage at a pentecostal type conference is not God lead. Let's not even mention what went on in the men's restrooms and the alley ways of Hot-lanta, the mecca for homosexual church goers! Let's call it what it is people. No more games. No more closed eyes. No more foolishness. Jakes has lead an effeminate movement and cause sexually confused men to be labeled "hemotional" rather than homosexual! Through basic semantics, he has turned the men into the weaker vessel and made the women the "leading ladies". He preaches to women in 3rd person using the words "we" and "us" when speaking of women in distress or women with purpose. And yet pastors have sent their members to his conferences with their blessing and they have campaigned to be on his platform no matter what it costs them. He is looked upon by the church as an icon, but looked upon by the world as a money making worldly partner. Jakes has also began denying that Christ is the ONLY way to Heaven by stating that the “Other sheep that are not of this fold” are other religions or beliefs and saying that he cannot rule out an inclusive rapture of the saints of God, leaving it open for others that may not believe in Jesus?

His exact quote to a Muslim's question as to whether only Christians go to Heaven:

I certainly believe that Christianity is right, but when it comes down to the final test--who goes and who doesn't go--Jesus said, Other sheep have I who are not of this fold. Them also must I bring. I'll let Him identify who those sheep are and I stay out of the conversation."



John 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold” [Jesus was speaking to the Jews, who had been frequently spoken of in Scripture as God’s flock. The other sheep were Gentiles. They are spoken of as scattered sheep, and not as flocks, because with them there was no unity. WHEN THE APOSTLE PAUL WROTE TO THE CHRISTIANS IN THE CITY OF EPHESUS HE GAVE WITNESS TO WHAT CHRIST HAD SAID BY STATING

“Eph. 2:16 And [He designed] to reconcile to God both [Jew and Gentile, united] in a single body by means of His cross, thereby killing the mutual enmity and bringing the feud to an end.

This is truly the finest hour for the spirit of Jezebel. This time she has promoted a man that allows her to seduce other men to follow his way and ignore God's law of holiness and righteousness. A man that can buy a 5000 seat building in Texas and fill it up the first Sunday with no evangelism whatsoever, has a spirit on him and it's not the spirit of God. Those people that filled that church were from other churches and drawn by the spirit of Jezebel and seduced into an emotional temple that is now plagued with homosexuals and perverts. As the television drew the crowds and the star struck people were lead in blindly, the spirit of Jezebel had an agenda all along. To make the gospel second to the show and to cause people to not hear but to feel. Now, what do we have people of God? A nation of carnal believers lead by the spirit of a women, working through a man.

I can now understand how Tyler Perry is one of his closest friends because they are one in the same. There is a woman's role that Jakes loves to play and that is the role of Jezebel.

James 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

Galatians 3:1 ¶ O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?

In the last days, the latter times, there will be an onslaught against the faith (Jude), the genuine believer will be tested, and the results of this testing to come is apostasy, a great falling away. In the first century Paul faced the Judaizers who had bewitched the Galatians, then he dealt with asceticism. Apostle John in the end of the first century saw gnosticism invade the halls of faith. However, Paul also told of the apostasy to come, and it will be a great falling away from the truth, a departure from what is true to believe what is not true, and this seduction will take place as a result of the Jezebel spirit for the most part.

First let's take a look at what Paul saw in the Spirit and wrote for our benefit. 1 Timothy 4:1-3 ¶ Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. The Holy Spirit revealed to Paul what the latter times would bring, a raging onslaught of false doctrine that will be empowered by the demonic realm, seducing spirits. Let's take a look at this word in the Greek for some more information.

Identify and remove the Jezebel spirit

In the Bible, Jezebel was a powerful, wicked queen, and wife of a passive king called Ahab. She was a false prophetess who worshiped the false god, Baal. Baal was the god of prosperity, god of the harvests, god of fertility and sex. (Does this sound like some of the modern day gospels that some people preach?) Child sacrifices were common. She was killed by several eunuchs at the order of commander Jehu. Jezebel was a witch, and her spirit of witchcraft is still in operation today in the church, and in the world. It will take both a Jehu and the cooperation of the injured victims (spiritual eunuchs) to kill her again. The Jezebel spirit is sociopathic. Behaviors you might see (3 or more): 1. They gain power by destroying others. It is like an adrenalin rush when they “win” over someone. They manage to get in positions of authority, and are difficult to displace, once there. 2. They are controlling, manipulative, bossy. 3. they can either be war-like in their personalities, so that they are intimidating, or so “sweet,” “perfect,” deceitful, “timid” and sneaky, they are able to fool and recruit others to join them. Sometimes they can be very charming and charismatic. 4. critical of others, vicious to the point of bloodthristy. 5. they are never wrong. 6. They recruit others in their charges against their victims. They act to persuade recruits, and do not give up this activity until the recruits are won over. If the potential recruits do not cooperate and buy into things, this angers them. 7. they are narcissic. While they can tend to be oversensitive themselves, they have no concern for the feelings of others. They are not sympathetic to their victims, and tend to play the role of victim themselves, in order to gain sympathy. This way the real victim is left stranded, and opposed by others if they ask for help. Being the center of attention really pleases them. 8. they lie, and they believe their own lie. Avoiding the truth, or intentionally acting to withhold truth is part of this. false picture is presented to others. 9. impulsive, failure to plan ahead. chaotic at times 10. lack of remorse after hurting someone. they justify the harm. 11. consistent irresponsibility. 12. irritability, aggressiveness (open , or subtle), can be quick tempered. 13. failure to conform to social norms. person is an “outlier” or non-conformist. has their own ways. 14. psychological counseling will not help, since they deny what they are. 15. claims to religious sentiments, but very superficial in devotion. Born-again status is debatable, and unlikely, but would have to be evaluated on an individual basis. 16. usually women, but can be men. The women tend to control their men with sex. And they pick passive men (Ahabs) so they can dominate them. 17. usually married. If single, could be lesbian, homosexual man, or promiscuous man. 18. They falsely accuse you, and they do NOT forgive you ….. How to break this spirit: **since these individuals usually have achieved some level of authority, only someone who outranks them, or a group effort will work. If you are a woman, you need to strong and self confident. If you are a man, you need to be the same, and also not be influenced by threats or tears out of a woman. You also need to have enough male hormone to stand up to her. Also, if you are a man, and this is your wife, be sure the men in your support group can be trusted with her. 1. be sure you are not enabling this person; ie. you are not an “Ahab” 2. gather facts about the person’s activity and behavior, be able to prove it. you have to start by addressing real behavior. you cannot start by telling someone “they have a spirit.” Be prepared to question the person why they behave that way. Make a list of wrongs. Be prepared. 3. gather witnesses, who are also sincere believers (if in a church setting), or other credible authority figures, because the person will attack back, and deny everything. The aggressive types will use their authority to abuse, criticize, & threaten you, and try to have you discredited, or removed. The more sneaky types go into “victim hood” mode, immediately trying to solicit and recruit support, and make you look like you are the abusive one. 4. isolate the person. make sure their own recruits (buddies) are not around. It gets its power from others….so if you get it alone, it is more vulnerable, and more easily defeated. You have to remove the source of its power and “gang up” on it. 5. confront the person with the facts. – expect denial. They will lie through their teeth!! 6. Reject the person’s behavior based on the facts. Tell the person they will not be accepted back into the group unless they repent. 7. If the person repents – showing willingness to change- then a. Church setting – as a group, bind and cast out the demonic spirit in Jesus name, and persist until it is gone. Expect high resistance, since it is a controlling (witch) spirit. There will be screaming and yelling before it is cast out. It will try to attack you and call you names. Also, expect and ignore plays of “victim hood” during deliverance. Sometimes the spirit cycles between being the attacker, and being a victim.
